So... like any good parent I took Jacob trick or treating this year. What started out to be friends and family led to about 5 or 6 houses in Jeff's sisters neighborhood. Jacob had a ball !! He'd put his fist in front of him, throw it in the air... and yell "twick -er- tweet". It was almost too cute to handle. BIG kuddos to my grandma for sewing Jacob's costume... made from an old pair of scrub pants.
When people offered him candy from a bowl, Jacob didn't understand "one or two pieces". He understands one or two handfulls. Ha Ha. This is Katie... she is friends with Jacobs cousins so he knew right away she was going to give him some candy.
Jacobs treat bag got so heavy and full that mommy had to carry it so he could keep up walking with the other kids. He was still about 10 foot behind them so mid trick or treating he was using the wagon to collect his loot.
Speaking of the loot... he was trying desperately to taste a little here and there. He didn't quite get the concept of waiting. LOL ! He was sooo much fun. He'd get excited everytime someone gave him candy. The boy likes to eat so this was the greatest thing... for people to give him something to eat when he went to their door.
And finally.... here's the name badge he was wearing that night. I couldn't get it in any of the pictures so I used my handy dandy scanner (that I've never used before). I am fairly impressed with myself ! Enjoy !!
